1. Lower your UAC: See attached documentation.
2. Uninstall software.
3. Reboot your machine.
4. Download software: https://online.trafficware.com/downloads/
5. In your downloads file, find the Synchro installer exe file. Then “RIGHT CLICK” “RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.”
