On rare occasions, you may receive a spurious Flash (Loss of Greens) alert.
One such source of this error was resolved GRIDSMART 6.4. An additional source of this error will be resolved with GRIDSMART 6.7. These issues are related to how phases are passed from low-level, real-time routines to high-level, alert monitoring routines; in all cases, the Engine is operating with the correct phases. Recall that a Flash (Loss of Greens) alert is sent when no greens are observed for more than 10 seconds
