Description: On the rare instance that a GS2 Processor is performing a software update and it freezes for an extended period (more than ten minutes), check the LED front panel. If the panel's phases and total LED's are matching at 6 amber and 6 white (40%) or 8 amber and 8 white (50%). This means that the Processor has failed to reboot when reaching the checkpoint in the update.


Workaround: 

1. A complete power cycle should continue the software update without any additional issues.
