Description:
When GRIDSMART app is installed on a non-English version of Windows, sync'ing AGS files and downloading data from GRIDSMART Cloud do not work because the app can not establish a secure connection.
Example log entry in Spanish:
“Message :Se ha terminado la conexión: No se puede establecer una relación de confianza para el canal seguro SSL/TLS.”
Workaround:
Use English version of Windows
Version affected: 21.3 and earlier
Fix Implemented: No fix at this time.
