ISSUE: User connects to a Processor and initially see the site card, but once it is selected the site disappears and is no longer visible in the Gridsmart App. This may be caused by a permission restriction on the C:\ProgramData\GRIDSMART folder.


FIX: Ensure the installed Gridsmart App is the same or newer version than the Processor being accessed. Verify all Users have Full permissions to the C:\ProgramData\GRIDSMART folder.
